TIE Blog 1

I am getting excited because it seems my lesson and voice thread are coming together. I intend to have students collaborate in small groups to utilize the technology of voice thread. They will review information, watch a video/song, create a problem as a team, discover a solution to another teams' problem, and evaluate theirs' and others' answers.

  1. Making sure that the following are completed as directed in the workshop will help you complete your storyboard quicker:
    1) Complete your lesson plan. Having at least the specific objectives and a rough idea of how VoiceThread will plan in the process and possibly the assessment will help direct your VoiceThread direction.
    2) Your directives / questions need to be the same between your Bloom's / MI table and your Pedagogical Affordances document. Simply use the two documents to help you create and edit towards the best directives or questions for your VoiceThread.
    3) Number the questions/directives in each document so we can see progressive flow of your activity.

    I look forward to seeing this Amy!! You were VERY prepared for your 1-1 Open Lab / Site visit with questions. Having your lesson plan more complete with objectives, assessment and some process would have helped, as well as having the above and the storyboard complete. However, for only 1 week after your workshop, great job!
